We are an independent loans and mortgage packager based in Gillingham but with full UK coverage. We search whole of market prodiucts to find the best possible secured loan or mortgage rates of your clients both prime and sub-prime products. We are FISA Registered and fully Authorised & Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA 313701).

Our directors have over 30 years experience in handling your secured loan and mortgage business and with such a wide and varied panel of lenders, we are confident that if we can't place your enquiry, no-one can.

Our Loan Advisers are highly experienced with all lender's criteria and this multi-lender ability allows them to place your enquiries with the right lender from the outset. It also means that irrespective of the lender, your enquiry will remain with the same Loans Adviser giving you a regular and consistent point of contact. In our experience this is the only way a long-term relationship can develop. All our mortgage advisers are CEMAP qualified and use the latest sourcing software to find most appropriate products for your clients.

Whether you submit secured loan or mortgage enquiries (or both) we always ensure that you are kept fully updated on the progress of each application by providing you with a weekly report either by post or email whichever you prefer.

Lodhi Commission

Lodhi Finance pay the highest commissions in the industry and are happy to do so as we recognise the value of our introducer relationships and want to ensure that you will use Lodhi Finance limited as your secured loan and mortgage partner over and over again.

We share all commissions & broker fees on a 50/50 basis less our costs for valuation & BSQ costs and our average commission to introducers is 1510 per completed case. Look at the following example to see how much you could earn!

All commissions are paid to you 48 hrs after completion by BACS or cheque whichever your prefer.

Secured Loan versus Remortgage
